Previously we prepared saplings in open fields using traditional methods, where weather and pests caused significant losses. In 2021, through the "Uma SHG" group, we received modern nursery management training. After this, with the support of Sashanka Agro Tech, a sand-pad polyhouse was installed at our place.

Today we are preparing high-quality vegetable seedlings in the polyhouse, which are ready approximately one month earlier than open-field methods. Recently, we prepared approximately 2 lakh cabbage plants and made them available to farmers. This has increased our income, and farmers are also benefiting from timely availability of quality plants and better market prices.
