I started farming in 2015 using traditional methods, but always wished to adopt modern agricultural techniques. Gradually, I adopted drip irrigation and mulching techniques. In the initial stages, I faced losses in Lohardaga district, but Sashanka Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd.'s technical guidance and continuous support helped me adopt modern nursery techniques like pro-trays, cocopeat, and scientific seedling preparation. The insect net house facility made it much easier to prepare healthy, high-quality seedlings in a controlled environment.

Today, the seedlings prepared by me are being used not only by nearby farmers but also by reputed organizations like PRADAN and NABARD. The polyhouse and modern nursery techniques have given my farming a new identity, and I am now inspiring other farmers to adopt modern agriculture with the support of Sashanka Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd.
